Once machine was shipped out, we’ll keeptracking till it’s safely arrived in your hand, after that, we’ll send out oneexperienced Technical Engineer for installation, and training the operators. Our engineer will ensure the operators know how to control machines, how to useit in production, help him/her know basic theory of welding, so that they couldmake product as smoothly as possible.
Later, if you have any questions orproblems, we provide technical support by phone or e-mail. Many inquiries can be resolved remotely, but the onsite help is also an option fo you, whenever necessary. If you are in Chinese mainland, we’ll be at service within 48 hours,if you are close to Shanghai (including Suzhou, Zhejiang province), we’ll be atservice within 24 hours.
